Michigan family orchard organic Montmorency Tart Cherries reduced to a tangy sweet syrup of 68 Brix.
Beneficial antioxidants include melatonin, kaempferol, isoqueritrin, perillyl alcohol, quercetin, ellagic acid, and 2.0 mg of anthocyanins per 1 fl. oz. serving.

Other compounds of note found in Montmorency cherries are perillyl alcohol and melatonin.
